Progressive International Food Chopper - GFC-100

I was excited to get this item since my entire family is brought to tears whenever onions are cut up at our house. I tried it many different ways, with varying measures of force and speed and just could NOT get onions to chop properly. Large chunks remained while otehr pieces were diced to bits. It IS good for chopping nuts, but that is the only use I have found for it.

We like to use the chopper for prepping things like garlic and onions.

Blades could be a little sharper - not good for herbs but excellent for other vegatables, eggs, etc. Handy because it can be used directly on cutting board, unlike most that have the little jars.
