Really nice case. Would get another one if I needed it. If I did a full review of it I would compliment everything! Except the backpack strap. It is an extra, but it is kind of weak.

My daughter wanted a sax case with more personality than the basic black model. This was exactly what she had hoped for! The purple color is vibrant and the case fits the instrument exactly (she has the regular size). An outside pocket is nice since the inside is very efficient with space and there isn't much excess. One drawback is there isn't a pocket large enough for books or sheet music. (Many other cases don't have that either.) We bought the backpack attachment and it is well made and used often since the case is still a bit heavy.

Bought the purple color, which looks great. It's for my high schooler. She really likes it and thinks it's easier to transport than her old standard box case. She prefers to carry it as a backpack. (I ordered the backpack separately.)

IT ARRIVED ON TIME AND PACKED GREAT.

My 10 yr old granddaughter started in band this year and she is using my old alto. The original alto case died years ago and I had been using an old C-melody sax case that I had. It too was on its last legs. After looking around for a replacement I found the Pro Tec at a local music store and really liked the quality construction of the case but what I liked even better was finding it at Wayfair at a cost that was 50 less than the music store. Nice price Wayfair. I have a tenor thats in need of a new case too. Ill be back.....

I use this case for college. I LOVE it. It is light, yet sturdy. My sax is very secure. Love the velcro straps that hold everything in place. Inside very soft. Love that it is backpackable, making it so easy to carry back and forth to class.

I can't say enough about this case! Because I live in an apartment I walk about a mile with my saxophone to the nearby university's music rooms, and I struggled for many months with the standard case that comes with saxophones. With this case (plus the backpack attachment sold separately) I could walk for miles (and I do!) and not be in pain or tired! It is beyond comfortable and I like the velcro straps on the inside, holding instrument parts down, and the outside pockets are great, too. The only confusing thing was where to attach the backpack attachment, but once I got it on securely, it was great.

Unfortunately, the delivery of my item was not prompt. It was actually being delivered in Boston and I live in Chicago. Go figure!!! Luckily the case came in one piece and not damaged! Your customer service was helpful and they responded to all my needs.
