Works as expected

Assembly: Good instructions overall, especially if you've ever put furniture or other equipment together. Tools are sufficient to get the job done. Function: The stride length is good, given the compact size of the overall equipment. The motion of the stride is a bit choppy, but it ends up working out fine for me and what I need as far as cardio goes. Heartbeat monitor is a bit slow to catch up, but it does function correctly. Conclusion: If you are looking for equipment that is as good as what you find in a gym, this is not that piece of equipment. If you are looking for something that takes up half (or less) of the space of gym equipment and costs much less, this offers a solid cardio workout.

It was exactly what I thought it would be. It is very sturdy and all of my family has been able to benefit from it. The assembly was easy especially with the blister pack of bolts and screws.

This is a good product for the price. It isnt smooth and flowing though. If you quit cycling your feet, the machine will stop abruptly. I also have to use it without the handles because they jerk back and forth very forcibly and its impossible to hold on! So I removed those handles and just hold onto the heart pulse handles and that works okay. It will get your heart rate going though. I would recommend this machine for a simple workout. The sales rep was AMAZING!!! His name is Aaron.
Complete Piece of Junk

Some of my parts came bend and crooked. It took my friend, who is very mechanically inclined, a few hours to put this machine together, and it barely works. The pedal resistance slips, and the wheel is screwed up. Most definitely save your money and go for something of higher quality.
