Good for knee conditioning.
Jason from San Jose, CA – Verified Buyer
Easy on the knees. Although I was concerned about too much stress and resistance because of my knee condition, it was as if it was right in every area. The whole thing about the fan acting as resistance was different, but really good. The fan will provide resistance with the more speed you put into it. I'd say there is a plateau to how much resistance it provides at about 7 mph. All the resistance seems the same, but that was like a bonus. On the other hand, if I wanted to just casual ride, it would allow me to without pulling any energy out of my strength. With knee conditions it doesn't matter too much, but I had found that there wasn't too much resistance to worry about, and yet there was a good workout to look forward to. Comfortable ride. The LCD screen is great, and easy to see. Only two weeks owned so far while using it everyday. It will take a while to put together. Parts are acceptable for the price. I'm somewhat skeptic about the springs on the peddles. Those will allow you to put the rotating handlebars in neutral. Well, I worked in a factory for over 30 years, and had over five surgeries on my knees. I used a classic upright bike with the rotating handles for about ten years, and it was time to upgrade to something like this bike. I like it. I get a precarious workout, and it seems to tend to my needs. I know there is not enough bikes out there like this, but this one seems to hit the spot. Check it out.
Good start to our New Year

We really like our bike purchase, my husband used one of these after he had health issues and used it as part of his rehab, really enjoyed it and so we thought it was time to buy one of our own so we could both continue to get the health benefits.

I wasn't sure how sturdy this would be once it was put together but I am quite impressed. The only thing I would change in the design is to make the fan face backwards for more direct air blowing on you when you exercise. Overall very happy with the purhcase
It's what I was looking for.

I purchased one about 15 years ago for aerobic exercise during the winter. I've had very few problems until I wore it out. This one is slightly different. I believe it is a great value.
