Printer Stands

It needed to be short enough so that my wife could reach over the roll-out file cabinet in her desk and easily retrieve anything she sent to the printer. I ordered this table because of it size (fits in a corner of my kitchen nook), and the colors. My kitchen tops are black accented with chrome handles. The table top is black and trimmed in silver. Perfect. Eventhough I am partially handicapped and the table was a little heavier than I expected, I was able to slide the table out of the box, put the casters on, and unfold the table to stand it up within minutes. I'm using this as a stand for my primary printer, and it's just the right size. 2nd shelf holds a label printer, 3rd shelf for paper, and I have another small printer stored in the little cabinet. The finish is very attractive; I was having a hard time finding a small printer stand in a light oak finish. This stand is available in quite a range of finishes. I love this printer stand--it was perfect for holding both my large Samsung laser printer and my even larger Canon Pixma MX870 printer. The stand came in a well packaged box, with easy to understand directions. It took me a few hours to assemble the stand but that's probably because I'm not the most mechanically inclined. However, the finished product looks great, is sturdy, functional and most importantly, doesn't take up a lot of space. I like that it has caster wheels so that I can move it around the floor easily and the lower platform also pulls out. Overall, the perfect stand for me at a reasonable price.
