Lots of things for your bird to play on. Keeps him really busy. Takes a little time to get pieces lined up when putting together. Best if you have someone to hold pieces while screwed together. Otherwise good and heavy and fun for your medium to large bird!!

I am 59! and this was the first thing I ever put together on my own. Shameful I know... It went together so easily. I followed the instructions step by step and marked it off as I did it. the only thing I needed help with was the seed guard and I put 3 pieces together and pushed it up against a recliner to hold it up for the final piece. It glides smoothly accross carpet or vinyl. I like that the tray is deep in the bottom as it catches much better and nothing hits my floor. I purchased it for a Quaker, but I think my Lovebird and Timneh will also benefit from it. One of the biggest things that drew me to it also was so many hooks for toys... I love to offer the birds a variety and with this they do get that. I also liked the stainless feed & water cups low into the construction for cleanliness. Thanks again!... oh yes and no awkward tools needed !!!

UPS here in Puerto Rico gave me an extra slow service and UPS have really bad customer response. One family member had to drove to their facility to pick it up. A lot of shipping and handling and zero service. I got it 20 days later when they decided to make a phone call to let me know the package had arrived !

Sun conure Toot Toot loves his play pen! At first he was scared but sure didnt take long until he loved it. He will play for hrs ! GOOD DEAL!

Perfect size for our green cheek conure. Lots of places to hang toys from. Works well with large boing rope to wrap around and down to floor so our conure can get back up himself when he is playing with us on floor. Only thing I would change is to have food bowls mounted higher so they dont get as dirty.

Our two sun conures love this playpen! We purchased it for them to be able to 'follow' us around the house, since their cage is too big to roll around. This is the perfect size, and gives them plenty of room to play. It rolls easily, and the shelf below is useful for extra food, etc. The seed guard is wide enough where no food escapes off the edges... VERY IMPORTANT! The 8 hooks for toys is PLENTY. It cleans off easily as well. The only negative I have found is that the gap/space between the top of the stairs and the wooden perch on top is about 3 inches, and its too much of a gap for the conures to jump up. They have managed to find their own way to do it which is fine with me. All in all, its GREAT!
