Prevue Hendryx Parrot Playstand in Black - 3180Blk

I have 3 small parrots (Green Cheek conure, Blue Crown conure, & a Meyers Parrot). I wanted something large and functional that they could all hang out on in our family room. This has worked out great - I feed them their veggies every moring on it and the "catcher" border holds in all the mess. There is plenty of climbing opportunities and places to hang toys. They can hang out there for hours and not get bored - they uses every inch of it including the bottom. The unit is sturdy but the screws to hold together the "catcher" border were tricky to install. Very satisifed overall.

I am very satisfied with this playstand. It was pretty simple to assemble, and it's a great size for my African Grey and Citron-Crested Cockatoo. I like the fact that there are several ladders that sprawl in all directions, and that there are food dishes on opposite sides. The swing is a nice feature too. One thing it has that my other playstand did not, is the bars towards the bottom half. One of my birds actually likes lower perches and this keeps him from wanting to be on the grate. The grate and tray are easy to clean. Finally I like the storage shelf on the bottom.

This is a nice stand, not real heavy duty. They could spend more time making sure parts go together. Worth the money

Nightmare to put together, welds holding top wire that youre supposed to hang toys on broke completely off the first day parts dont fit together (seed guard gaps about 12 inch at bottom one ladder and swing could not be put on frame because it was bent and didnt fit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY! Cheap piece of junk. The only thing worth talking about is the metal frame, and even that had one screw that was stripped and wouldnt hold the cross bar in place. Lousey tin construction.

Stand is very sturdy and was well worth the money. Shipped really fast!

All parts there and in perfect condition. Got this so my quaker can be in office with me and my 2 chihuahuas. She is sitting on top perch now looking out window. Was a little scared at first but seems very happy now but she loves being with us. Have known her since she was 4 days old, now 18 months. Transaction could not have gone smoother, product very strong. I do feel it is suited for a bird at least the quaker size or larger. We now must get more toys for her. I moved the swing to different location to give her easier exit. She would have figured out a way Im sure but just made it easier for her. As usual instructions are vague but not any big problem but we are plumbing contractors. Already had prevue cage so had faith in company.

Easy to put together, good value for the money, and most importantly, Dickens loves it!

Amazingly, this stand arrived in a very compact box with many parts. Everything was in excellent condition with the exception of a slight dent in the grill. This is a FANTASTIC playstand, although the directions were a little tricky in spots in putting it together (needed help from my husband). There is plenty of space for toys, playing, swinging and exploring!!! The stand is made very well and easy to clean. The feed cups are up high to avoid contamination which is good, however, they are easily dumped by my African Grey. I fixed this by putting two small C-clamps on each side of the cups and multiple wrappings of 1 rubber band on each side under the metal frame that holds the feed and water cups. This way she cannot dump the cups or pull the frame out -- works like a charm and is easy to remove and clean! Excellent item, I would highly recommend it, as it provides hours of fun and freedom without the bars of a cage! My parrot and I both love it!!!

We were a little nervous ordering from the USA as we are in Canada in case there were problems, but none at all! [...]. It is bigger dimensions than advertised, and you also get a full toy holder at the top that holds three toys so that was a bonus! I think it took hubby approx 1.5-2hrs to assemble and he just took his time doing it. We have an old african gray and he flew off it the first try, but after that he was okay it as it is stable not wobbly (he hates wobbly things). He is warming up to it, even climbed up on top of the toy holder! Great price,[...], no hassles, really impressed, would have cost us double to buy it up here! We will definitely do more shopping here.
