I got this cage for my Cockatiel, Molly and expected the cage to be a little rickety and not very study because of the size and price, but was pleasantly surprised. This cage is the biggest cage I could find for the price, and even bigger than some more expensive cages, such as the HQ. It was a little difficult to put together and definitely requires two people, but the directions were the best I've ever had for a bird cage. I don't use the dishes that it came with, so I can't say anything more than that they are quite large and can fit a few small birds on each. I DO like feed doors and how they are spring loaded for easy feeding. My only worry about those is that they can be pushed open with a strong enough bird, though my 'tiel has not even attempted nor do I think she is strong enough. Lastly, the rollers on the bottom seem to be well made being made of mostly metal, rather than plastic. All in all, I definitely recommend this cage to anyone who has small birds and is looking for a great cage for under $300. The only thing that worries me is the feed doors which may be able to be pushed open by a larger, stronger bird this can be prevented or fixed by a zip tie of two to each door.
Great Quality for the money

This was a terrific buy, cages this size are in the 400 range. Only 4 stars because there were defects that made putting it together a nuisance. One piece didnt have holes drilled where they should be, that wasnt so bad, but one piece had solder inside the steel leg and it took an hour of hammer and chisel to finally bypass it. Advice DO NOT TRY TO ASSEMBLE BY YOURSELF. This is a two-person job, you will go crazy. Once I did get it assembled, it is a great success. There are lots of doors in perfect places for daily maintenance and feeding. Excellent hardware on doors. Two big front doors (top and bottom) allow for a nice big birdbath dish on the floor every day. The cleaning tray is excellent. The storage shelf is perfect. This is a perfect cage. My Zebra Finches have already laid 2 eggs. They have lots of flying room. Easy to move for vacuum or relocating. The frame is absolutely solid steel, not flimsy at all. A really well-designed product. I love the fact that there is no stupid decoration.
Love this cage! A great buy!

I purchased this cage for my little parakeet, Brooklyn. She absolutley loves all of the space - she doesn't know what to do with herself! I think the cage is very attractive, I really love the material, it's almost like an "antiqued" metal, very pretty :) It was very easy to put together, it probably only took me about 30 minutes to assemble. There are 8 doors total, 3 small ones on each side & 2 big doors on the front. The side doors are operated by a spring - a little dangerous to take a bird through, but great for changing food and water. The 2 front doors are normal and close with a latch. There is a slide out tray that's very convenient and makes cleaning a breeze. I use a paper bedding (CareFresh), and every week I simply pull out the tray, dump the old bedding, and replace it with new, clean bedding. Overall, this is a great cage. It's a nice size & it looks really great too. And the price is unbeatable! $90 + free 2-day shipping! Awesome! Booklyn is loving her new home :D I would definatley reccomend this product.
Great Cage Great Value
Matt from Fayettevile, GA
This cage is very, very nice for its price. Compared to everything else I looked for it is simply the best for its price bracket. Similar priced cage were about half the size, and had more spacing between the bars (a bad thing for me since I purchased the cage for my cockatiels and 1 inch gaps are more or less unsafe for the birds, inconvenient to place pet toys in, and much harder for the birds to get around.) In contrast the spacing between the bars was very nice for this cage, and the number of horizontal bars was an additional plus (on of my peeves with most cages is that they lack horizontal bars which make it harder to attach bird toys and harder for the bird to get around. The cage was also very easy to assemble (took I'd say less than fifteen minutes for two people.) The only thing I could hold over as a con for this cage is how the 6 small side doors are kept shut, they are kept shut with springs which are slightly fragile (though this is minor since a twist tie can replace a broken spring.)
Great Service and terrific Communication

I wanted a bird cage as like this flight cage one, and no one would ship it to me,in Canada, but once I seemed to ask WayFair, it was no problem at all. Once they led me to the cash register, and guarenteed my delivery, I was off to the races. Then, once my purchase was completed, it was not over at all. The communication was so great, in fact no one I have ever purchased from, has ever kept me informed on where my purchase was, and the time line to have it delivered to my place. The fact is they over estimate the time, but you get the product in much shorter time than quoted. Believe me, if I ever had to purchase an item of large size, and good quality, I would not hestitate to use Wayfair, as customer satisfaction is built into their vservice selling the item to you. Thank you WayFair and keep up the great sales service you gave to me, keep passing it on to all your customers, and they also, will be back to buy more. You are a super retailer, especially on the internet. Doug Dares Dartmouth Nova Scotia Canada
Best value in a cage available anywhere!
Dave, Canary House from Ottawa, ON
A wonderful cage at an unbelievable price. Attractive hammered-metal look finish. Mine came with 3 doors on each side, that open/close on springs. Plus 2 doors on the front that lock smartly. I never use the wooden dowl perches that manufacturers include with their cages: rather add a variety of real branch perches, sand perches and so on. I placed 2 bird-safe plants (a candelabra palm and a miniature fir tree) inside. My canary and 2 Saffron finches love it. Only 3 minor negatives: 1) you probably need two people to put it together easily; I did it myself, but it was a little trying getting wires to insert on boths side, plus top and bottom--all at the same time. 2) the space between the support bars and cage wire is very slightly larger on mine than the 1/2" between the cage wires themselves. This is only an issue if you want to house the tiniest finches, e.g. Gold Breasts. I am afraid they would find a way to get out some day. 3) I never use the grating with canaries and finches. So I have to slide the tray in the upper grooves to avoid having too large a space where birds could escape. However, when it's tme to clean the tray, I have to slide the tray out quickly and slide in the bottom grate before any birds escape. There should be a flap of some sort to cover the opening when one is not using the grate. Overall, you won't find anything better at this price anywhere, so order with confidence.

I was very impressed with my purchase. We bought two for our parrotlets and they are just as seen in the picture. The cages were very easy to put together. Had a bit of trouble putting the first one together since one of the holes wasn't in the right spot but we fixed it. Once I did the first one with my boyfriend, the second one was a piece of cake. They are so big! My guys got tons of room to fly and play with toys and I get tons of room to work with to set it all up. I love all the doors. There are two big ones in front and eight on the sides. The ones on the sides do have springs on them but I don't see it being a problem since my guys can't push them open. I am going to purchase an exterior water thing since the water beside the food gets pretty dirty fast. Overall I will purchase again.

I purchased this cage for my two Budgies, they were in a small cage and needed more room. The cage arrived sooner than the estimated date, and was fairly easy to assemble. I assembled it by my self! The plastic tray for the bottom of the cage arrived cracked....one quick e-mail and two days later I received a replacement tray! I now have a beautiful large cage and two new budgies...it was so spacious I had room for two more, but 4 is enough for now! I recommend this cage to anyone looking for a great sized cage at a great price. The quality is awesome for the price.
Great for budgies
Stephen S. from Adah,Pa.
I got this cage for an amazing price before it went up but I would be just as satisfied at the higher price. Two large doors on the front have a simple locking system that's fine for budgies and smaller birds but would probably not stop a parrot. The side doors, two on each side, have lightweight springs. They are well placed for access to the inside of cage. The four included feeders worked fine for my four birds but the four perches where too big in diameter for my use. The removable bottom rack and tray beneath work well, though as with most cages you will need a seed catcher. The finish seems quite durable and the color is pleasing as well. Wayfair shipped quickly and the cage arrived in perfect condition.
Black Flight Cage

Only reason for the 4 stars is that we had to do alot of bending and straightening of bars to be able to put it together... After all the adjustments were made we like the cage alot.... we did have to buy little hair clips to keep the 6 little doors on the sides of the cage closed... the little springs are not enough to hold them closed , birds just climbing up the side and over the doors would push them open... so to keep all safe we clip them shut.... for PEACE of mind, when we are not home...
