good price... with a little better pictures in directions would have been a quicker setup but not too bad...my chinchilla has'nt arrived yet but I'm sure she'll enjoy her new home

The cage is well built. The only drawback is that both doors don't open. Having only the right side doors open makes cleaning out the cage difficult.

its big, its nice, and i got metal ramps and platforms instead of plastic!! so i think it was amazing, except for the roofing piece because the hole was small and the screw wouldnt fit but i got it in and now i love it!!!! i think someone should buy this because its amazing, wayfair is fantastic (and great shipping :D)

Product Review

I'm pretty well pleased with how the cage came out, no thanks at all to the directions. The print was WAY too small and the parts that are labelled in the directions are NOT labeled on the part, It seems to defeat the purpose of labeling the directions, when there isn't anything to look for in the parts. I did not realize the doors only open on one side not both. This seems it could have been easily remedied. It is a heavy duty cage and I'm sure it will work great for my prairie dog as soon as he arrives.

I was extremely pleased with how quickly it was delivered from date of order.

Cage is all metal including the shelves and ramp even thought information said that shelves and ramps were plastic. I did prefer this to plastic parts as this was for a pair of rats. I had no problem with instructions on assembly even though others said they had problems. cage went together well within approx. 30 min. seems very sturdy and lots of room. Wish platforms were a little bigger and ramps are a little loose. Price was extremely reasonable versus other similar cages. Easy to clean. Would buy again if I ever need a second cage. Hope this is helpfull for anyone needing similar cage.

It was a little bit of a pain to assemble but worth it. I did however cut a piece of cheap carpet to place over the grated floor on the 2nd level. Its a nice size and with the price you cant go wrong.

The upgraded model of this cage is fantastic. It comes with all metal shelves and ramps. I have the older version as well with plastic shelves and ramps. The new one is made for all those chewing pets out there. Highly recommended for anyone who has a chinchilla. Wish they had made this model earlier. It has plenty of room for 1 or 2 chins to run and jump.

I did not receive this as described the levels do not have holes in them like in the picture and the ladders are not plastic like pictured. I do not mind this but the picture is so deceiving. I love this product and am happy with what i got but it was hard to figure out how to get the ladders to work.other than that great product for the price!!

Good product. I would not recommend it for chinchillas but ferrets would do fine.

It came nicely packaged, easy to understand instructions, and easy to put together. It was a tad smaller than I imagined but still plenty of room. It is well built and looks nice. One thing I don't like is that only one side of the cage has doors that swing open. (the right side. The left side is permanent) making it more difficult to clean. I have 4 weasels and they all fit snugly in this cage. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
