Presto Professional SaladShooter Electric Slicer / Shredder - 02970

This is my second salad shooter. When my other one finally "expired" I was lost without it. My husband, without my knowledge, ordered this new one and I thought it was Christmas again. Love it!!!!

Today, I used this for the first time. I chopped up some cabbage, and made cole slaw. Worked well. The cabbage was a couple of weeks old, so the chopper wasn't too happy. Some was hard to shred. I do like the ease this will work- a great invention. I used to think this shredder was kind of funny and for lazy people, but now I love it!

I make mounds of hash browns, salsa, and grated cheese for my family. Clean up is a breeze and the cord is long enough to reach the stove and cut or shred directly into a pan. I wish it had come with one more cone with a smaller grate.

I use for make my salad,i use everyday,it's faster and easy to use.

This was bought because of my family. My parents always had one but it broke and we couldn't find one anywhere to replace it. When I found this one I bought 3 so all the family would have them again.

This is the best and fastest cheese grater. I owned the smaller version and it broke (it was old) about two years ago and I just got around to replacing it. I love this product and am glad I was able to get a new one.

I used this product right out of the box and have not been disappointed.I mainly use it to make coleslaw and salads and the shooter performs really well.It also shreds cheese in a jiffy.I used to spend a lot of time doing just these two tasks and the salad shooter has taken care of that.It's a good reliable,sturdy machine.I don't have a dishwasher,but the parts rinse well under a running tap..very easy to clean.Be careful with the cones as they are very sharp.Another plus is that the machine is easy to assemble.I think one would be better off buying the professional version as it can handle bigger loads and is sturdier.I am very happy with this product overall and would recommend it.

i love this unit. I previously owned the salad shooter and when it died, I knew I had to replace it. This professional model is great for the amount of cooking I do!!
