WHAT A GRIDDLE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought this griddle to serve pancakes for the church breakfast. It looked like it would do the job. Boy was I wrong, it did an outstanding job with both pancakes and lowering the front did a great job on breakfast meats. The griddle has no hot spots after you let it warm up properly and maintains the heat. I like that it has degree markings for the temp. I highly recommend this griddle to anyone that has the space for it and the need for serving a lot of people. The grease tray is handy for removal of excess grease and can be emptied while cooking. |

I love it! Product Review One of the trouble of making pancakes for the family is I always get to eat last. I bought the biggest griddle from Wayfairs, and I just love this! I can get almost the whole batch of pancakes on here at once, so I can eat with the family now! It cooks the pancakes just perfectly too, I use the 350' temp. I bought it for pancakes, but it also can be used as a flat griddle for burgers, etc...and love the tilt and drain feature of it.this is part of a blog review. Service Review arrived promplty after ordering, yay! arrived safe and sound too. |

Finally, a griddle to feed all my kids! I love it. But it's not perfect. You notice the uneven browning? The heating elements makes a loop on the underside so that the outside of the griddle gets up to temp, but the dead center does not get nearly as high (look at that poor lone paleface in the middle). The solution is obvious: I just don't put a pancake in the center. And I make sure that the griddle heats up completely between batches of pancakes. We get a nice crisp crust and…here's the best part…I can make them faster than they can eat them. I went from cooking 3-4 smallish pancakes on my Circulon to 8 medium to large pancakes. Woohoo! The non-stick surface is simply awesome and clean up is a breeze. The griddle surface will wipe clean after cooking pancakes. After cooking meat (we did pork chops), just let the griddle cool completely and gently scrape off the charred bits with the edge of a plastic spatula. Finish off with dish soap and water. No elbow grease required. The only drawback is that this monster is so big it does not fit into my super deep double sink…makes it a bit messy to rinse. That and I'm a bit of a spaz when it comes to using the sprayer. One thing I would change: If the drip tray were a little bigger, it could fit the temp control, so it wouldn't get lost and tangled up in my drawer. |

Does Exactly What I Expected This griddle performed exactly as I expected. No, it does not heat perfectly evenly. I figured it wouldn't, but it does a pretty good job and it's not like half the piece of french toast is charred with the other half is raw... it just isn't evenly browned. I did a fair amount of turning 180 degrees and moving things around to cook more evenly. With such a large cooking surface, you will heat up your kitchen (and the cook!) while using this griddle. But consider how long you'd stand over a hot burner cooking the same amount of food on a small skillet, and it's not so bad. Be prepared - this is a big piece of equipment. To use it, I either have to clear off pretty much an entire stretch of counterspace, or put it on the stove, where it covers just about everything. I store it in the box, on top of my cabinets. I thought 12 pieces of normal sandwich bread for french toast was a pretty tight fit, but it is doable. It's easier to flip and turn (see above) when you just do three rows of three pieces. My tortillas didn't cook as well as they do in a non-stick skillet, but that could have been operator error. I plan to give them another try or two before going back to the skillet. Since it is fully immersible (immersable? neither one looks right...), cleanup has been pretty easy so far. It's a little tight in front to get between the griddle and the drip tray ramp, though I haven't fried anything that would necessitate cleaning said part. I just try to keep things from getting too close to that edge. In a perfect world, this would heat the food evenly without heating the cook up. The rest of life isn't fair, though, and this griddle does a pretty darn good job at what it is able to do. |

Perfect griddle There is nothing negative about this griddle. The surface is large enough to make french toast for a breakfast of 20, and it is easy to clean. It browns evenly, and I would buy this again. |

Great size and easy to use!!! The side handles are strange. I still cant tell if they are loose and broken or meant to be that way. But it works great and heated up quickly. |
