We use this in an Auto Dealership Detail shop prepping cars for detail - engine compartments, door jambs, wheels etc. It gets used 7 days a week, has both hot & cold water plumbed to it and operates fine. Changing the oil on the pump is extremely easy - very clear access to the drain and a large sight glass to see the level on. We had an issue with the amount of electricity readily available at the install location, so getting a unit that could operate on 208V instead of requiring 230/240V saved us enough in electricians fees to pay for the unit. Definitely something to consider - get estimates from an electrician before ordering a unit, could save you a lot of headaches/money as it did for us.
