Great price easy to assemble Easy to assemble Excellent price . Sturdy piece of furniture . My 14 year old son is now 6 foot tall and his feet were hanging over his double bed so we decided on an XL twin and I know we made a good choice! |

Great for the price It was just what we needed. The drawers are a bit flimsy and shallow but are fine for my son's underwear, socks, t-shirts, etc. I wish the headboard went up a bit higher. Otherwise great bed for the money! |

Good value It was pretty easy to put together. Some of the drawer pieces had scratches on them, but you can't see them unless you are on the floor - not a common occurrence for most people! There was also a piece missing, so I called customer service. The part took 10 days to arrive. The finished product looks nice and seems sturdy. I would buy more from this company. |

drawers The drawers in this frame are shallow and small. Otherwise it seems to be sturdy and a good design. The instructions are very clear and it was a simple job to put it together. Took some time to do however. |

Decent quality at a good price I'm using this bed in a limited bachelor's space. The twin-xl size is great as a temporary (or not so temporary) measure for a teen or adult that doesn't roll around too much. Bedding and mattresses can be difficult to find. Cost savings by not needing a box spring. Assembly was almost straightforward. Instructions are good, and the parts can be managed by a single person with some care and finesse. I had an issue with one of the cam-lock fasteners jamming, which happened to be at weak corner location of one of the central pressboard slats. Trying to back out the fastener promptly tore the corner off the board in a rain of sawdust. I supplied and installed an angle-bracket to support the damaged corner. The platform is solid enough, though I doubt it would survive many moves without considerable dissassembly. It doesn't seem to flex or show any difficulty supporting an adult. Alignment of the drawers was a bit off, though they all slide easily. One of the drawer faces doesn't sit flush against the bet at all. Luckily they are usually concealed by the bedspread. Easily a recommended purchase for the money. A functional, good value. Just don't expect heirloom quality or longevity. |
