Prepac Monterey 5 Drawer Chest

Overall I'm very happy with this drawer chest. The quality and look of it was everything I was expeting, no surprises.

I love this dresser and if I had the room I would buy another one. This is perfect for me. I look forward to buying other pieces from the collection. The only problem is TOO TOO TOO MANY PIECES. Help the customer, can some parts be preassembled? TOO TOO MANY PIECES. I love this dresser. It is a very very good value for the money. :)

Takes a long time to assemble and screws are visible inside the drawers. It feels flimsy and I say it is good for temporary use. Not something to keep long term. I suspect it will only last long if used by a single person who is extremely careful. Good if you don't have a lot of money to spend on good furniture.

This dresser began falling apart in less than a week of its use. We were very disappointed. We have had to glue every part just to keep it together. This "deal" was not worth the poor quality.

We bought this dresser for my 4yr. old daughter's room. We love the look of it, but the drawers don't hold much and they wobble when you open them. We've had put together furniture before, and this was barely adequate. Sauder has much better quality and storage capacity. I wouldn't buy it again.

Had several extra screws and hardware to ensure adequate assembly. An excellent product that assembled easily and is very sturdy.

I was very disappointed when my husband finished putting the chest together. The drawers were smaller than I thought they would be and if you pull them all the way out, they come off the track. This was a waste of money and I'm going to have to replace this thing soon.

This is a very nice chest. The drawers occassionally stick, but it is worth the price. It was easy to assemble.

My husband is extrememly handy and it took him a few hours to put it together. There are many pieces and parts to it so have plenty of time and help to assemble. It looks great now that it's set up. It is cheaply made and has a very thin layer of white paint. The screws for the knobs are too long so they spin and the drawers don't line up well. My husband says I should have spent more and gotten better quality but I'm frugal. The piece should not be ordered by anyone who plans on moving again and again. The shipping was great, it came in less than 2 weeks.
