Just what I wanted

Looks great. Nice and sturdy. Good hanging system. I am not the least bit worried about hanging items on the hooks as it seems very secure. A little pricey, but could not find any thing like it. My next step is to shop for baskets for the cubbies. I agree from other reviews that it is too bad that the hanger isn't wider, so that you can't see the wall behind it, but baskets will hide that problem. I had read the reviews, so I was aware of this when I bought it. I am happy with my purchase.

Our entry hallway is a small area. I only had 36" wall space between the door frame and our closet door frame. My husband said it was like surgical work putting it up, but it's exactly what I had wanted. Due to this shelf needing to be anchored in a stud and the location I wanted o hang this did not have two, my husband had to buy some additional hardware to make sure this would stay up safely. Since then, it's worked out well. I would buy this again and recommend it to others.
Bench and hanging entry way shelf

Both items were exactly as pictured. The instructions were very easy to follow. I really appreciated the pre-drilled holes. I'm not that handy around the house with DIY projects. Thank you so much. My items are just inside my back door, and it's so handy for use. I'm a flower gardener, and having no outside garden shed, it's so nice to have such an attractive way to store my shoes and tools.
Great for an entryway

This is very nice looking and great quality. I gave it 4 stars because the assembly instructions are very vague and it was difficult to mount.

It looks great in my laundry-mud room. I was a little leary of trying it since it had to be put together and it was my first order with Wayfair. But I am very happy with how it looks (just like the picture) and the customer service is wonderful. They really want you to be happy.

I would have given 5 stars if the instructions for assembly would have been easier to follow. I finally pitched them & used common sense.
Hanging Entryway Shelf

I have a very small coat/jacket closet at the entryway and have been looking for a hanging entryway shelf to solve the problem. This one is a perfect solution and has met my expectation. My handyman put it together with ease. Looks nice in espresso color. I would recommend it.
Beautiful piece with a few negatives

Loved this rack online and after putting it together. However, the wall mount does not come with hardware included and hardware is visible once rack is mounted (depending on where studs fall on your wall). The hardware could be covered up by adding baskets but baskets do not come with this rack.

You don't even notice that it's there and I have lost my keys countless time only to find them hanging on a hook, ( my wife's doing ).
Hanging Entryway Shelf

I love the Hanging entryway shelf. I am about to move in my new house and got it to go over a bench to put by my back door.
