Big and Sturdy! from Cupertino, CA on 07/27/2008 – Verified Buyer
Basically a very sturdy pole mounted on a very sturdy and big base. This thing is HEAVY and really should not be considered portable. I was mounting an LCD monitor that is on an 18" adjustable arm and so I really needed the stability that this offers. Even with the 19" monitor extended at its limit of 18", there is not even the hint of a tip or wobble. Personally, would normally consider it too big for home use, but we had a need.
