Prefer Pets Backpack Pet Carrier in Red

I bought 2 of these as emergency situation carriers for my 2 average size cats (11 pounds and 13 pounds). These are good quality thick canvas carriers and the side paneling is almost a hard plastic rather than a mesh (mesh scares me because cats on a mission can surely rip through it) so I feel more than confident that the cats won't be able to escape. Both the back and front of the carriers are double zippered - again I've heard horror stories of cats pawing at the zippers and getting them open, so being a little paranoid, I used luggage locks to secure the zippers closed on the back end. The only negative is that these could be a little longer. My cats fit, but it's definitely a cozy fit, so these are great for back up purposes, but I wouldn't recommend for long trips or regular use unless you have a smaller cat.

Its a great carrier, but it is advertised as holding a 20 lb pet my 16 lb cat does not fit , even my 12 lb cat barely fits. Ill keep it for my smaller cat, but I bought it for my big cats, and I cant use it for them.

Lilly walked right into the case. Sometimes I sit outback with her - in her case. No problem. Nicely made. Inside the house, I have the front and back doors open for her. Sometimes she likes to go into her "cave. WE like it!

My puppy loves her bed. The only thing that I am not thrilled with is that the rounded top didn't't hold the shape as shone in the photo. It is convenient, lightweight and easy to carry.

Perfect as a backpack if you ever need to move in a hurry with your little furry friends. I bought it "in case of emergency" and am confident it would do the trick ... although I hope I never have to find out.

Wow, Wow, Wow. The Carrier arrived super fast, within 3 business days. I removed it from the box, placed it on the floor, and Hemingway walked right in and stayed awhile. Red Rocks, and the quality is superb. I would highly recommend this item. Thanks for a soft stylish carrier.

Even the workmanship is good.

I use it to take kitty to the Vet. It's well ventillated and kitty can see out as he travels along! I use it as a carrier, not a backpack. It would be nice, though, if it came with wheels.
