I show dogs so I need good quality, sturdy crates. These crates are easy to set up and take down and do not require the extra room to fold up the way the other style of folding crates do. These crates are stylish in shiny chrome and are much more attractive than the black wire crates. They come with a handle which makes them easy to carry as well. This is my first soft crate and I am glad I went with this over other options. You can tell that its good quality right away. I read reviews that said it was hard to get the poles set up right, while I admit you do have to use a little muscle to get them to fit it is hardly what I would call difficult. I did sort of think that it had some sort of coverings over the mesh but it doesn't so don't expect it to be a crate that you can prevent your pet from seeing out. And obviously if your dog isn't crate trained or likes to claw and chew I wouldn't try a soft crate, no way this would hold my lab if she was motivated to get out.
