The Powerline Seated Calf Raise Machine is total junk if you plan on using any weight over 60 lbs. The knee pads are way too inadequate and the round foot supports will hurt you feet unless you wear hard sole shoes. The Body Solid one costs more, but you will use it. You will probably quit using the Powerline version before too long because it will hurt your knees and feet too much. This was simply made too cheap, much like almost any of the Powerline equipment. Body Solid would be ashamed for producing this total piece of scrap iron.

Pro: Great frame and material Easy assembly Ergonomic Well design Con: I don't like the pivot under the seat No collar

It is solidly constructed for the price. It is easy to assemble with a couple wrenches or a ratchet. The toe bar is a little uncomfortable because it is a round bar rather than square. The knee pad adjustment is limited. The foam pads are flimsy. Overall, I am happy with this product. It is a very good value.
great calf workout
