Former General Contractor I wouldn't recommend it for commercial use, but at home it's great. Pros The batteries are outstanding. I ordered two and one broke as soon as I used it. I use the clutch only on drill so it doesn't slip, that's how the first one broke. I emailed them and they sent me another. Cons Construction looks cheap It's not variable speed, one only, off or on.
