I only bought it because it said some assembly required. Wrong! You have to put it all together and that is the only thing I did not like about this product. The instructions were very confusing and pictures didn't always go with what the written instructions said. I have put together many products but this takes the cake. Unless you have someone that knows how to follow instructions very well and is very logical to figure them out, I would think twice about purchasing this item. Beautiful when done though. Service Review Shipping was prompt but it sat so long at the company that was to deliver it to my house that I went and picked it up myself at the shipping company. Although one of the major pieces was damaged inside a box that was inside the outer box, customer service was very helpful. Instead of having me wait 4 to 6 weeks to get the parts I needed, she sent me to the company I bought it from so they would be sent right away. Very thoughtful.
