I purchased this couch on 103 in Saddle. I think it looks better in person, but it is a little too firm for me. I'm hoping it will get better with time like some other reviewers stated. I bought it based on the positive reviews and I like it. I was not expecting it came with the zebra pillows, which I don't necessarily love them, but I think it's nice it comes with it. Putting it together was ok. I definitely needed help getting it done, or else I don't think it would happen, honestly. I did not appreciate the legs being plastic and wish they were made of wood. About Wayfair, they're the best. I had delivery problems from the day I purchased it to the day it arrived, and they were fantastic! I placed the order for the couch at the beginning of the month, and the time frame they gave me was for it to be delivered in the beginning of the FOLLOWING month! Which was absurd, but I would have delt with if I really didn't need this couch, and I did because I was having people over for the Halloween holiday. So I gave them a call and asked about when the couch was being shipped and when I would be receiving it, and explained the whole situation. Long story short, the girl I spoke to put on a note with the warehouse so they would ship it earlier for me, which they did! They said I'd be getting the couch on or before the 31st, which seemed like a long time, but I hoped for the best. Then, I got a call saying that the couch would be delivered on the 18th, which worked perfectly! But the delivery people gave me a 4 hour time window that wasn't working for me, and we couldn't figure out a date that would work for both. So I called Wayfair to let them know that I would be refusing the delivery (so I could get a couch somewhere else) and so they could refund me. They were amazing one more time and talked to the delivery people for me, and asked them to deliver it on a day that I was available. How amazing is that They truly care about their costumers and with that, added to the prices (which are great), I'll definitely be returning to shop more from them! I'm still amazed at how great they are!

I am not really a fan of this couch, though I like the look. I bought it to replace my futon so my boyfriend would have a place to put his legs up when we were laying on the couch. The inside of the arms are pretty much made of paper and are not sturdy at all. Every time I lean on them, I get nervous they are going to crack in half, even after my boyfriend opened it up on the bottom and put reinforcements in. The other issue is that the couch and chaise part constantly separate. It is *uber* annoying and I have had to put stuffing and blankets on either end so I don't fall through the cushions. The quality on this thing is definitely subpar, and the price is indicative of that. But as far as starter, or apartment side sectionals go, this isn't too bad.

I ordered this sectional in chocolate brown for my living room. The ordering process was painless - the product arrived days before it's anticipated delivery date. However, when we opened the boxes we were very disappointed in the quality of the product. The fabric is not at all like I thought it would be, it was very cheap looking and attracts lint, etc. and always looks like it needs to be vacuumed. The furniture is very lightweight, I mean VERY lightweight. You can literally pick up the couch with one hand and vacuum under it with the other. I is not very comfortable. The color was good though. After just a few days, we decided to return it, and the customer service department could not have been better to work with. Unfortunately, what they don't say at the beginning of the ordering process is you pay ALL the shipping which came out to around $175.00. I would not recommend this product to anyone, but Wayfair overall is great to work with. I would definitely order other items from the, but I really think the only way to know you'll be happy with furniture is to try it out in the store before the purchase. Especially with the cost to return it when you are not happy!

We ordered this small sectional after a lot a searching for one to fit in our basement. There is a narrow hall and stairwell around a corner! Hard to fit anything but a sectional that comes in pieces. We were very happy with this purchase. We were afraid Ed would have to sacrifice sizepieces for quality and comfort. Fits great in the teen room basement , great color and firm. Easy to put together too. All tool needed come with it. Only issue... But still well worth the wait.... Seemed like a long wait, was the cushions are fit inside the parts of gne couch and get a bit squashed. The ottoman cushion looks like a piece of the foam insert was bitten off and still put in the cover. Wouldn't be much of a problem if you could turn it over, but there is only one way the ottoman cushion fits due to Velcro oy keep it in place. Still extremely happy with this sectional. We were very fearful not being able to see and sit on it. Would buy this again!

I wanted to schedule a different delivery date, but by the time the company called & the way the woman talked TO, not WITH me, I could tell it wouldn't do to debate it. The man who called from the road was pleasant, but when they arrived the driver was dour in his disposition, even though the other man continued to be pleasant. They dropped the plastic bag containing the small tools, nuts & screws twice. They didn't want to talk because it was early afternoon when they got to my house & they still had 8 more deliveries to make. They hadn't eaten since they left home that morning, so wanted to get on their way. The driver practically shoved the paperwork at me & showed me the 2 X's where I was to print, then, sign my name. When I told him I didn't sign anything until I had read it, he gave me a dirty look & said rather sarcastically, "its a standard delivery form." I told him I didn't care, I wanted to read it. He stomped out of my house & told the other guy to come talk w/ me. I hadn't even sat on the sofa or checked it out & none of the checklist items on the form had been checked, nor the questions about delivery. The pleasant man told me his partner just wanted to get back on the road, so he hoped I would sign the paper like he wanted. When I asked him if any other customers had complained he shrugged his shoulders. So, I checked off a few of the questions, then, printed & signed my name & gave him the clipboard back, thinking he'd tear off a copy to give to me, but he took it back to the truck. He had barely climbed the last step up to the seat & was closing the door when the driver put the truck in gear & left my driveway. I never got a copy of the paperwork for my records & for all I know the paperwork never got back to whoever it was supposed to. I hope Wayfair reprimands that company. As for the sofa, the color is as shown on the website & what I expected. I liked hearing in other reviews that it was firm to sit on, as that is what I wanted, not fluffy & cushy, so was glad it turned out to be as firm as it is. No one had posted that every little thing sticks to the fabric, so I'm disappointed in that. I've had to use sticky tape twice already! The only other thing that didn't work too well for me is that by looking at the photo on-line, I thought the feet weren't as wide & square as they are, so had bought the wrong size cups to put under them. Plus, w/ so many sections, I need 12 cups, not 6. Now I have to buy more, or possibly some of those carpet squares w/ a sticky side to stick on the bottom of the feet. Plus, I'll have to get someone to lift a section while I put them on. So far, so good, on all other aspects, but I've only had it a few weeks.

This is a very nice couch for the price. I like how it actually comes in two pieces, the chaise is one piece and the couch part is another. It is very easy to put the chaise on whichever side you choose. The bonus ottoman is great, the only thing that would have made it better is if it was a storage ottoman.

This looks great and totally matches a chair we already had so bonus. Downside is foot on lounge side sometimes pops out and the other arm is a bit loose. Overall pretty good for the price. Looks good and is pretty comfortable...The kids like to have sleep out movie nights in the living room.
