I love the way this rack looks in my little kitchen. There was not enough room for a hanging rack - but I had wall space. This rack is simple but decorative and fits well. We drilled an extra hole so that spacing would fit into studs - you need this to handle the weight. We purchased longer screws for added stability. We also added a tiny piece of weather stripping inside the hooks so they don't pull of the rack when pans are removed. There is a very generous amount of hooks of each type - you own't need to order extra's. I would have given a 5 star had longer screws, and or stud spacing been included. Would be great if hooks had 'grippers' too."..." Read more

We hired an electrician to install the unit and I'm glad we did. This is a substantial pot rack and took him approx 7 hours to install. Definitely a 2 person job at times.
The rack is well built and complimented our kitchen well. It is also extremely functional...lots of space on top and for hanging. It took some time for the rack to ship but it arrived in good shape and was worth the wait. About a dozen hooks were included so you'll need some more to make full use of all the hanging space."..." I appreciate the installation tips included with the product; My kitchen has a 10 foot ceiling, and there were specific instructions for this application. Solid hanging rods were suggested instead of chains. I did this (rods ordered here also). It's more stable and looks more professional than chains. The 27.5" rods bring the pot hanger frame to the same level as tops of kitchen cabinets for a truly integrated look! NOTE: If hanging from drywall, be sure to use toggle type hooks that can support the weight. We have 2 hooks in solid wood (90 lbs each) and 2 hooks in drywall (60 lbs each)."..." Read more
