The quality was just ok. There is a clear lack of inspection and quality control or, they are willing to let small defects go through. The top has a manufacturing defect in the laminate with a scratch about an inch long. This was under the packing cover so it came off the line with it. The fit and finish is pretty typical made in China without an inspection level of work. It is strong enough and will do the job but, I would hope that someone inspected a few of them to see that they are not being built as I would think the company wants them to be built.

Service Review

It arrived broken due to a lack of padding in the packaging. The plastic on one of the outriggers was broken and it had a dent. Not worth the trouble of trying to get a replacement so we just used it as is. I suggest looking for the next model up or, if a few minor problems are acceptable, this will work for you.

We use this as a guestbook stand for weddings and funerals at church. Lightweight and easy to move in and out of storage, and it looks nice.

I love this lectern - it's easy to adjust and move, yet heavy duty. I use mine everyday!

I have looked for ways to hold my loose papers while I do my assignments. Nothing has seemed to work until this stand. I am able to put my loose papers on it and have it at seating position because it is adjustable. I can now read from my papers and books without being unorganized and messy.

Purchased for use in my classrooms. Solid value and dependable. Easy to adjust for varied speaker heights, requirements. I will purchase more as needed.

I was able to put this together while my students were at recess, and used it that day. It is easy to adjust, which works out great, as my students like to use it for their oral presentations, and there is quite a range of heights among my students. After a few weeks it got kind of wobbly. A simple tightening of the set screw in the base remedied that. This lectern is sturdy, yet light-weight enough to pick up and move around the classroom with ease. I highly recommend it.

A first-rate stand-up reading stand for large books including atlases and "coffee table" books.

I was looking for something lightweight to move around my classroom at school, and this was perfect. It went together in about 5 minutes-no tools necessary. It easily adjusts to my height whether I'm standing or using a stool. I would definitely recommend this to a colleague.
