I am rating this on the service and delivery speed. It's in the box and on the shelf. I'll use it in an emergency only. I assume it will work when I need it. If there is anything else I need to go with this unit, so there are no suprises when I need it to keep my refrigerator and/or, heater running, then I am open to the items that I would need to purchase for smooth operation; to asure I have everything needed in case of an emergency.
