This popcorn machine is very easy to use. It works well and makes a lot of great tasting popcorn. Not to mention it looks wonderful! I use the Great Northern Popcorn portion packs with this machine and am overall satisfied. It is a little on the salty side and I did find a lot of unpopped kernels in the end. Otherwise it is just like movie theatre popcorn. The machine is very easy to clean with a damp cloth and doesn't take up much time. These popcorn packs are very easy and convenient to use. You just cut the pack open, pour it into the popcorn machine, and get popcorn that tastes just like its from the movie theatres. The only downside is the popcorn tastes a little too salty. If you make a batch and put half the amount of seasoning, the popcorn tastes perfect!!! Overall it's good popcorn at a good price. I run a party company, and so I have tried several different commercial popcorn machines. This one is really good, because it has the 12 oz kettle (less wastage when using 8 oz popcorn packs). The machine is really a great looking machine, and holds a lot of popped popcorn. The price was unbeatable at just over $400.
