Having one was all they talked about since we had the gym set 'donated' to us and it did not come with one. Love the red color. Stands out that none of their friends have one. The 5yr old has no problems using it. For the 3yr old, it seems to be a bit far from the platform for his reach. Was not able to tell from the picture haw far out it stands but kids do grow! They could hardly wait for the cement to set so they could be like the real fireman! So far, much fun. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Geo from Pittsburgh, PA	5.0 9/5/2010 Price can't be beat It is just what it claims to be. A Firemans pole for a wooden swingset. What caused me to buy it at Wayfair was the price. Most other places on the web have it for $150. At the higher price, I would not recommend it, but at the discount price it is a great addition.The day I put it up my 4 year old spend 3 hours climbing the swingset and sliding down the pole. It still uses it daily.My 8 year old daughter has started climbing up the pole (something I couldn't do).Overall it is great exercise for both of them. Was this helpful? Yes / No
