Playhouses

[...] i read other reviews and people said it was hard to put together. if you follow step by step it's not that hard to do! it took 2 adults 3 hours to do it. some of the pieces where marked wrong so you had to figure it out on your own, which wasn't that hard. we were left with about 50 extra screws .... wondering why they would give so many but better then not enough. the quality isn't there but you have to remember how much you paid for it .... if you want quality don't buy this one buy one that's over a thousand dollars. Yes some of the wood split, again you get what you pay for. my concern is how it's going to hold up in the snow ... we will tarp it in the winter and hope for the best! no floor with it we will be building one. i thought it came with a pretend kitchen like the ones at Costco, it does not, we will buy a separate kitchen and putting it inside for more fun! the major thing is our kids love it and have already spent hours in it having fun."..."  Read more

We bought this for our b/g twin grandchildren who are almost 2. They really love it! They are extremely active and often climb into the house through the various windows. The little table inside may suffer since it is the weakest element of this otherwise very durable and beautiful little house. We bought this for our children because it was beautiful and unique. It was easy to put together, looks great, and is very sturdy. My kids love the house, but my favorite part is the lattice deck. Now I can sit outside in the back yard and just relax and watch my girls and their friends play. It keeps them active for hours. I bought this for my 2yr old grand daughter who loves playhouses. I had bought her a 15.00 cardboard box playhouse from a drugstore that she adored until it completely fell apart. I couldnt get rid of it until I got a replacement. A permanent one!!! This one was perfect. She already has moved in her baby couch, kitchen and favorite dolls.
