T[...]The kitchen is solid and well made with quality wood. I attached the faucet, hot/cold knobs and the backsplash and the kitchen was ready to explored! My two girls ages 1 and 4 are having a great time playing and pretending with the little kitchen. They like the pull out sprayer next to the sink when they pretend to clean veggies or wash dishes. They enjoy turning the knobs in front of the cooktop and on the backsplash. They also like the open shelves to put their play dishes and food. I like the open shelves for safety and no pinched fingers! The sink also comes in and out for play, although my girls prefer to leave it in place. I bought this for my grandchildren. when they come over to play....ages 1, 2 and 3. It`s really heavy, so I don`t worry about any child tipping it over. The sink is a real hit with the 3 year old. He loves playing with play vegetables in the water. IT`s really well made too. It might not be as fancy as many play kitchens on the market, and I have checked out all of them :) , but I think the fancy ones are more for the parents anyway. This one is just perfect for kids, and it will last many many years. I`ve been teaching nursery school for almost 25 years, and this is the type of play kitchen we use. ...
