Play Kitchen Sets

We bought this kitchen for my 2 y/o daughter and 4 1/2 y/o son...they both love it! It's the perfect size both in length and height and I know it will be enjoyed for many years to come. I had been searching for a dark wood kitchen and almost bought another that was much smaller in size and scale...I'm thrilled I waited as this kitchen is fabulous. We have a more modern home, so it fits in well and has many realistic features the kids adore. I also love all the space it has for pots/pans, play food etc. The quality of the wood is good. The kitchen did, however, come w/ 2 parts where the finish was warped or stained poorly. I made a call to Guidecraft and 2 days later, we had the replacement parts we needed. So, be sure to check all the parts upon opening...Guidecraft's customer service was excellent and the # is listed on the front page of the directions. The kitchen was very time consuming to put together and will definitely require 2 people, but it's well worth the time! Overall, we love this kitchen and would highly recommend it."..."  Read more

My child loves this kitchen set (fridge, stove, dishwasher and sink). The real wood makes play more realistic because it more like opening cabinets in our kitchen. My only complaint about the stove is that the door opens down so my child climbs on it. That being said, it is very durable and shows no wear or breakage from the climbing. Lots of storage space. My mom bought it for our 2 year old birthday and it is a perfect durable all wood kitchen. It is getting abused right now cause she uses it not as a kitchen but as a shower, and a drawing board for her crayons... It is durable. Assembly took about 2 hours as expected no big deal and my husband was pretty quick about it. Lots of parts and two large boxes came with it... Great play kitchen!"..."  Read more
