Pizza Pans

The ONLY reason I am not giving these pans 5 stars is because of the lip around the edge, it made pizza removal a tiny bit more difficult and the dough had a tendency to catch on one spot on each pan. That said...I love these pans. We make pizza A LOT around this house and have used them on at least three separate occasions in the last month (Baking a total of 6 pizzas each time). Be careful when removing Pizza from the oven the pizza will slide right off the pan if you tilt it. You cannot use a metal pizza cutter on this pan it will scratch the coating. I purchased a Polycarbinate one on [...]. So far it works good."..."  Read more
