I bought these ramekins as a gift a few years ago, I wanted to give them again to someone else and had a difficult time finding deep 7 oz ramekins that would work for souffles. After several less expensive but unsuccessful attempts, I decided to buy these again. I ended up buying them for the gift and for myself.
