I was looking for something more contemporary to put on our newly repainted house. These were great. There are only two things that I'm not crazy about, and they do not affect the quality of the light at all. 1) I would have preferred clear or seeded glass. 2) In the photos the bronze color looks a little lighter and golder than it does in person.

My wife chose this product. I wasn't so sure I liked the style but she convinced me to order it. The item shipped right away and was received in just a couple of days. After installation, I can see how much newer and more modern this is than my previous fixture. It looks even better than the picture! I should listen to my wife more often.

Bushing that holds the shade in place broke less than three years after purchase. Philips refused to let me purchase a replacement.
