Great bag!

Great customer service and a great bag for my dogs. The only thing that I don't like is that the Velcro on the bottom of the bag prevents it from sliding, which in some situations is good, but I had a very difficult time sliding it under the airline seat because it kept sticking to the floor! We solved the problem by putting a magazine under it though. It was great for the plane and I would definitely buy it again.
