We purchased the Pet Gear Special Edition Pet Stroller for our 'Pampered Pooch', Lola. Great for when Lola's small legs get tired. This is a quality stroller. It is well-made, easy to open, close, brake and push.[...]. However, it wasn't the only reason for purchasing a pet stroller.It was also purchased for me!Now that the weather has improved I would like to get some exercise walking Lola but had concerns.I was fearful of her leash getting tangled around my ankles causing me to get off balance or fall.Since I have a bone on bone, no cartilage knee that is going to require being replaced sooner or later I wanted to avoid doing anything to hasten that day coming for as long as possible.I had a course of lubricating shots that have helped somewhat, but it is only a temporary fix.When the Pet Gear Stroller came to my attention I knew it was exactly what I needed. Especially since getting some exercise is better than not getting any at all.I chose the neutral Sage Green color because it was not male or female specific.Now I use the stroller as a support when walking with no worry about any leash entanglement.I can even go to the mall and walk there on rainy days without leaving Lola home. She is zipped in and secured inside her stroller so no chance of her biting anyone or anything.I did add a pet bed, a 24" x 18" size is a perfect fit, to add more cushioning.The last deciding factor for purchasing a pet stroller was that I figured the price of the stroller was cheaper than any doctor visit might be and a whole lot less painful! ~ Mrs. B."..."  Read more

[...] The stroller itself manufactured by pet gear could use some improvements. Its heavy duty but awkward to push with your feet constantly hitting the bar. The handle bar could be a bit higher to help with this problem as well. There are also no nice features like a cup holder or any storage. It says it comes with a pad buts its more like piece of paper! Its awfully hard so I am now looking for a comfortable pad or bed to put inside for my cats to lay on. It is large enough for three cats even four if they arent too big so this is nice. My cats are now starting to enjoy walks by the pond to see the ducks and geese! Wayfair gets a 5 star in my book but pet gear a 3- reason for the 4 stars!!!!"..."  Read more

This stroller is better for smaller dogs. My dog is about 10 pounds and he fits just right. I like that the stroller is compact and relatively "normal" looking as compared to other pet strollers. I want to be able to take my dog out without drawing too much attention. The seat of the stroller is stiff, so I suggest putting in a comfortable pillow for your pet to sit on. My dog didn't really like the stroller at first, but he's gotten used to it. I've only used the stroller a few times but it seems to be pretty good quality."..."  Read more

assembly was pritty easy, takes about 20 minutes or so to assemble *mostly to attach wheels, etc* i bought this to walk my indoor furbabies - this is a great way to let them explore the outside world. most people have not seen pet owners "walk" their cats, so people do make comments like "how cute" and such when they see me walk my cats. i have neighbors come up to me to ask about my "babies", also, i do bring my cat to the pet store in the stroller. people have come up to me to ask me where i bot this. something i would highly recommend is to line the base with a super thick flat bed *see my other review about precision pet thick bed* to cushion the bumps. i highly recommend this to owners who have indoor pets, cos this is a great way for your furbabies to get out of the house for fresh air and such =^______^=."..."  Read more
