Well made. It really is a bright pink like the picture. Shape is much more vertical than other carriers including ones by Pet Gear and may be too vertical for your dog. Consider the size of your dog and how it likes to stand, sit, etc. carefully. Pet Gear makes good carriers. A bit pricey bu they are well made and have lots of pockets and all the features you want. Especially this one. However, if you are going to use this more as a car seat the more square flatter ones might be a better choice. Well made carrier with great features. Flatter more square shape is better if you are going to use it as a car seat a lot than the more vertical shape of the backback multifunction carrier. Have not been able to figure out the difference between the 31 Pet Gear and 41 Pet Gear. They appear to be the same and perhaps is just a change in marketing. Color in picture is accurate. and good for a boy dog or anyone that likes blue. A little pricey so try to buy on sale. But they are well made and have good features. You can unzip everything so you have full access to the inside in case you have to clean it. Be sure to use the tether when using as a car seat. The flatter more square shape is better as a car seat than the more vertical 5 in 1 which we also have. When using as a car seat be sure to use the tether. I love this carrier. The dimensions are perfect for my cats. I find standard kennels too narrow and too low. This carrier is an ideal hight and width for one cat to sit comfortably and have a good view. I bought two carriers for my three cats, but I would not put two full grown cats into one, so I will be buying a third I-GO2. I have my eye on the copper one for my next purchase. The colours are nice, a are close to their picture, I have the pink and the blue, Most importantly, all of my cats liked the carriers. The bottom is too hard in my opinion, but kitty's favorite blanket folded was a perfect fit. The price inclusive of shipping costs is great given the quality.
