Great for long and short trips Product Review Our cat is not a huge fan of traveling any distance. This carrier is comfortable though and he calms down faster in this one than in our old one. This is fun because it can be rolled like luggage or worn on your back like a backpack. We have had this for about 18 months now and it is still as good as new. We have used it for 1/2 hour trips to the vet and 6 hour car rides to visit our parents. Overall we have no issues with the carrier. Service Review Product arrived before the delivery estimate and in perfect condition. |

A little smaller than I thought My cat does not like this carrier. Shes ten pounds and it is just too snug. I thought she weighed eight pounds when I ordered it, so that may be the problem. If I could do it over, I would look for one that is bigger and that rolls more like a wagon. This one leaves her on a slant and she doesnt like that. |

Almost perfect for a cat! This is a wonderful carrier for short car trips, but not for airline travel. It is quite sturdy for being soft sided. I love the fact that I can easily roll it. My cats took to it immediately! The dimensions are deceiving. My smallest cat (13 lbs.) can just fit into this. But we like it so much, that I ordered the plus size for one of my larger (17 lb.) cats. For car travel, it has a back slot where you can slip a seatbelt through, as well as secure the strap around the headrest. The only thing I don't like is the tethers. They are not removable so I will cut them off. Indoor cats are not supposed to wear collars, and the tethers are too appealing for them to play with. I am very afraid their heads would get caught in them. I took off one star for that reason only. I also am pleased with this companies fast shipping! |

Great carrier Carrier is great for taking my cat on the subway to the vet. Can put on as a backpack to go up and down stairs, then roll in the street. One of my cats are extra large, so he wouldn't be comfortable in this to go anywhere but he does like to curl up in it at home. |

Nice carrier Product Review Great product. Easy to convert from one carry method to another. It's a bit bulky as a backpack, but still gets the job done. Only problem so far is if I leave the opening unzipped a little bit so my dog can stick her head out, she can unzip it all the way. I plan to attach some ties or hooks to stop the zippers at part way open. No instructions included. I had to go on-line to determine how to use the folding hard pad that was included. Service Review No instructions. I had to go on-line to determine how to use the folding hard pad that was included. |

Good training tool, great value Product Review One of my three cats HATES standard hard-sided carriers and completely freaks out whenever I have to get her into one. No matter what kind of training or acclimation tools I tried (leaving the plastic carrier around with the top off and comfortable bedding inside, spraying with "happy cat" pheromones, etc.), she wouldn't go near it. Although it took a while with the I-GO2, I have caught this cat napping inside and looking very comfortable. I'm looking forward to seeing how she feels when the screen is zipped up. About the product itself: It's very well made, has plenty of room for any of my cats, who weigh between 7 1/2 and 8 1/2 pounds and fit easily into a standard 11 1/2" H by 19 1/2" L plastic carrier. It's awesome that they can sit up in the I-GO2 and look around (something they can't do in hard-sided carriers) and that they can also lie down for a nap. The expandable sides leave extra room for longer cats to have a comfortable nap. The fact that you can buckle this carrier into a car's seat belt, carry it as a backpack, and roll it like carry-on luggage make this product very convenient for any usage. I'm quite sure this carrier wouldn't fit under the seat in an airplane cabin, but this isn't a problem for me because I have no intention of flying with my cats. But if you're planning to do so, you'll probably want to consider a soft-sided carrier that's shaped more like a traditional carrier. Service Review The product arrived in two days! I was expecting 7 to 10, so this was a very pleasant surprise. |

This works wonderfully for us. I can't lift a hard carrier very well for our full bodied cat. This allows me to roll him into the vet for his diabetes checks each week and he and i are both more comfortable. |

good product - will buy again use to carry my cats to the vet - easy on my bike - i do not need to worry that my cat fall out of the bag - by the way I have to use small lock (tiny luggage lock) to hold the zipper to prevent opening when I`m biking |

Great pet stroller My new puppy loves going out in the new carrier. It's easy to put in and out of the car. When we get to our destination it's easy to use as a stroller. I would recomend it to others. |
