My cat rides along looking all ways alternating between all of them. She seems very calm and just smells the air. So far, we have only encountered three dogs, all small, which did not scare her. However, we plan on crossing the street if we see any larger dogs. Great carrier, so glad I bought it!

I love this carrier. The dimensions are perfect for my cats. I find standard kennels too narrow and too low. This carrier is an ideal hight and width for one cat to sit comfortably and have a good view. I bought two carriers for my three cats, but I would not put two full grown cats into one, so I will be buying a third I-GO2. I have my eye on the copper one for my next purchase. The colours are nice, a are close to their picture, I have the pink and the blue, Most importantly, all of my cats liked the carriers. The bottom is too hard in my opinion, but kitty's favorite blanket folded was a perfect fit. The price inclusive of shipping costs is great given the quality. I will be buying another I-GO2 and I would definately recommend this product for other cat owners.

Delivery was quick, and without any issues.

Its very confortable for the pet, but it couldnt fit under my feet in the plain, fortunatelly was an empty seat besides me, maybe the space is less than the airlines in USA. Also is quite heavy to carry, better use the wheels.

My dog absolutely loves this carrier...so do I. She is using it also as a dog house, so I just keep it under a coffee table and is perfect. I bought this carrier just to be able to take her with me in the train, but now I can take her EVERYWHERE with me: the store, restaurant, doctor's office, and virtually any place where usually dogs are not allowed. That is the best part of this carrier. My dog is very good and stays calm and quiet inside. Also, I rode my motorcycle with her on my back. I put her in the carrier and used it as a backpack. It worked very well since the backpack was also resting on the seat. So, I am very happy with this product. However I didn't give it 5 stars because of two things that need to be improved: 1)Stability: when you are pulling it can loose stability, so be very careful and keep it straight (may be I am the dumb who is not a good "driver"). Also the handle doesn't feel very sturdy, and 2)Hard on Back: when I put it as backpack (empty, just to carry it), it hurted me on my back a little under my waist when I was walking with it. The lower part of the backpack and wheels are very hard. So, I haven't even tried walking with my dog inside. When it is empty I just carry it with the strap on my shoulder. Overall, I love this product and would recommend it to everyone who loves his/her dog and doesn't want to leave it home alone.

This was the perfect answer to a cat carrier. Soft and it expands. Very efficient. I would heartily recommend it to anyone with a skittish cat. Very easy to get her into.

Our kitten uses it everyday as a place to take rest. We keep the carrier mesh open and rolled so our kitten can go into it any time. She goes in on her own and sits comfortably whenever she wants. Our kitten is still limited to indoor. My kids give her short rides in the neighbourhood and to friend's house, in the backyard etc in this easy to handle carrier. It is a very convienient carrier to take my pet anywhere. We are very happy with the product.

It's wonderful! If only my little Shih Tzi wanted to stay in it! She's so spoiled! The roller option is wonderful. I brought it on my first trip for the 4th weekend and love it!

I use the product all the time. I go back and forth with it (and my kitty) to see family, the store and on drives. She loves it, it is her "safe place" when out and about. I love that she can see from three angles, that it zips, the height and the size... and the car safety feature! The only thing I would change is make one of the sides available to unzip...

Good carrier. My cat was too heavy to cat in regular carrier.
