I-GO2 Pet Carrier
Nan Kramur from NJ
My 17+ lb Persian doesn't fit in a regular carrier comfortably. The plastic hard side carriers are to heavy for me and too bulky. I purchased the IGO-2 carrier Plus and now he has enough room, can stand or sit while on car trips. It's high quality, can be used as a backpack, or over the shoulder, or with the telescopic handle and rolled. I love it so much I bought 3 more smaller IGOs for my other cats. Now I don't have to worry about how I'll transport all of them in an emergency. In all my years of taking care of animals, this is by far the BEST carrier I have come across, roomy and easy to maneuver.
Great carrier, but not for airlines!

I have this one, and the smaller I-GO2 Traveler in Sage (for which I wrote a review). NEITHER one of these is for airline travel. You will need a regular carrier for that.

It was hard to find a carrier for my 20 pound cat (I sent two back) but this one fits him perfectly. He can stand up and move around with room to spare and he's a very big guy. He's been sleeping in it since it arrived. It has a backpack option that I'm sure I won't be using. But the pull out handle works well. It is roomy and airy. I did add a kennel cushion on the bottom for added comfort. Wonderful product.

Transporting 4 semi-feral kittens to vet was a breeze. They actually fell asleep. Handle folded down and fit in car seat easily. Rolls smoothly. Love the variations for using the carrier. Will make transporting my 15 pound cat easier than hand-carrying style carriers.

Review this product in 20 words or more...Have only had this carrier for a couple of weeks and out Bengal kitties have not got totally used to it yet . They both get in and out od it and I have takem them on several short rides. It is exactly what I expected and is very well built and from good materials. A couple of the previous reviewer's commented on the bad smell but there is absolutley no smell in ours. The size is good and both kittiescats will fit in it for short rides. Ours are 12 lb. one year old Bengals. We love this carrier

Excellent quality....and so many ways to use it. I do find that for a 22 lb dog it is barely big enough to put him in and close the mesh......in the car the mesh can be left open which is a plus. Pulling him behind me for transport can be done but not for long periods This product would be perfect if it had a second set of wheels to enable having the pet lie flat when being pulled !!

Received this product fast and well packed. A well made carrier that can be used in many ways. Great as a car seat a stroller and a back pack. My 22lbs fits great. He can lay down comfortably.

Very pleased- roomy- great for travel with your pet- I did add a padded bed as it seemed hard, but am very satisfied overall

I could fit BOTH my 15 lb. dogs in here...it's a great carrier. I would say it's more appropriate for 20-25 lb. dogs.
better way to transport your pet

My last pet carrier broke while I was taking my cat to the vet - it slammed onto the sidewalk with a jarring crash, traumatic for my cat (and me). I searched for a carrier with a better design that would be easier to carry and less likely to break apart in transit. This was the best design I found online - and far more versatile than the old one. I can roll it, wear it as a back pack, strap it into a car, and it looks likely that I could take it on a plane if necessary. I leave it sitting on the floor and my cat curls up in it. Couldn't ask for more.
