A+ Excellent Customer service/ B- carrier average I bought 2 of these & wanted to give them 5 stars bc of the incredible ease of use and nice touches (strap in like a car seat?! great idea) but the truth is: F for the busted zipper on one mid flight & spending the decent holding a freaking cat into one of them with one hand & pushing the other down w/ the other in case that zipper wasn't gonna hold= NOT FUN. A+ for rolling bag ease, and comfort for my big 13 lb, 3 ft long cats. A+ for Incredible customer support answered questions before I bought (yes, it's squish-able & did fit under the seat on Southwest Airlines which are 8.5" = shorter than many) & immediate response dealing w/ problem (shipping replacement NOW- ditch the old one if we don't ask for it in 3 wks). = B over all. I would recommend shopping here, and this carrier- BUT pull on those zippers hard before you put the animal in there! |

Nice It works well for car transports. Our pet falls asleep in it every time. Nice to have a few pockets to store the leash and baggies. |

Perfect for airplane! We used this for my 8-lb yorkie poo to travel across the country on the airplane. She usually HATES the pet taxi, but she LOVES this! Its soft and SO versatile! We could carry it as a backpack, roll it in the airport, use it as a tote..just amazing! Our yorkie poo did freak out a little bit, as it was her first time in the airport and tried biting at the zippers--and NO DAMAGE! She has literally eaten zippers before on other carriers, so this one is VERY durable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! |

Great carrier This definitely fit the bill when flying with a dog on US Airways. Definitely within their parameters for cabin flying. |

NICE STURDY PRODUCT I love this carrier. I have not used it as a back pack yet, but as a car seat for keeping your pet safe and secure, you can't beat it. My yorkie-poo is 3.5# and has plenty of room and seems very comfortable in it. It is so easy to use and I'm looking forward to trying out all its uses. |

Great for Airline - Fits under seat I needed a new pet carrier to bring my Bischon from Florida to California, How great is this pet carrier with wheels and a zipper so, when partially unzipped, my Pookie could pop his head out. |

Doesn't stay firmly open This is my second Escort Pet Carrier. They are usually comfortable for the pet and firmly structured. This one doesn't stay firmly open. I don't know if it was packed badly but it keeps collapsing. I know I put it together correctly. |

Traveled Manhattan with this-fabulous I traveled through Manhattan with this on my back, in subways, on trains and on the airplane. It is fabulous. My maltese is comfortable in it to sit and sleep. It wheels easily on the sidewalks and in airports. |
