Great product, unsatisfactory manufacturer customer service Great carrier. Performs as expected in all five functions. Have used it in car and on train with no problems to date. I purchased two I-GO2's that pictured a removable flap on the front mesh opening on the packaging of the product but was not included in the box. The "backpack" and "tote" functions clearly featured a flap and the graphics on the packaging sent to me matched the advertisements on Wayfair, both of which included the flap. I brought this to the attention of Wayfair and Pet Gear and it appears there was once a flap but no longer is, for some reason. Pet Gear customer service was very unhelpful in figuring out the problem why this accessory is promoted but not included. I eventually gave up trying to explain how misleading this was. In the end, I'm satisfied with the product but disappointed with Pet Gear customer service. I would not recommend buying Pet Gear products in the event you have to deal with their poor customer service. |

Love, love, love it! The price was very good, it has many options and its great for my 10lb Shih-Tzu. Not too sure about a 20lb dog/pup, it may depend on the breed, as my girl being a Shih-Tzu is rather long from her neck to her tail.I now have it in my car and I'm using the seat belt hooks and carrying strap to keep it secure, I acutally didn't buy it for a car seat but its great. I love it rolls if I need to take her to the vet or to a friends home. So far I only have it about 2 weeks but, it seems very strong and well made. |

Love it! Perfect for air travel, vet appointments, even a roll around the house. My cats love them! We had a long trip the first time we used these, about 10 hours! With a few family bathrooms in the layover airport for some running around time, the cats were true champs and slept alot in these roomy carriers. No one on the flight even realized we had two cats! They are sleek and trendy looking! |

Great for traveling Pros: Great for traveling, convenient, 4 options on how to use it (love the backpack option) Cons: I wish it had a side entry opening in addition to front entry and length could be longer. I have a 10 pound shih tzu. **Please double check size specs with retailer as some of them had the wrong sizes listed** |

Nice Product, but no directions The product appears to be well made. However, there is a folding surface inside that looks like it could be a floor ... with two snaps on it for whatever unapparent reason. This surface does not fold all the way down though. There are no instructions included concerning the initial setup. We don't want to break the new product by forcing this surface down, if that's what it is supposed to do. The company web site does not appear to exist. Google can't even display cached versions of it. Due to lack of directions and lack of a support contact, I can only give this product 2 star rating. |

Why didn't I think of this? This carrier has so many uses, and is so durable, it's a must have. |

Easy to carry I love this carrier because it has 5 different ways to carry it. I have purse and messenger carrier and both hurts my shoulder, but the only thing I don't like about it is that this carrier shows to much of my pet and can't hide her when I goes to restaurant or places that don't allow dogs, so what I did is I had purchased extra material in black color and valcro to cover it up so no one can't see her. If this products comes with something like that, it will be perfect. |
