Everytime I use this as a carry case, the case just has'nt any stability. May be it is the way the strap connects to the carrier. I can say that as a carseat I give it a 10.I would not recommend this item as a carrier, but it is a wonderful carseat! Was this helpful? Yes / No
New Pet Owner from Baltimore, MD	5.0 12/22/2010 Simply Love It I recently purchase two Maltese puppies for my children for Christmas. I wanted something small enough that I could carry but large enough for the puppies to be comfortable. This carrying bag far exceeded my expectation. I love it. I was really please with how easy it was to secure the bag with the seat belt and just as easy with getting the bag out.
