Chatty Patty from PA	5.0 7/27/2011 No complaints I didn't find it too difficult to assemble. And it sits in the base easily. The door for me is a plus making it super easy to open. The rubber mat on the bottom is nice for the pet. And the top opening is great for calming pets during travel. Overall the only thing I would change is to make the door reversible to change opening side. And make more of these in larger sizes too. I've used mine for over a year now. And I still love it.
