Not pleased that their was a malfunction

After body of shower faucet was installed in the wall and tile laid the valve for the hot water was faulty and only cold water was dispensed. We requested a replacement from manufacturer[...]Since product was under warranty the body is being replaced at no cost. Due to this issue we will incur an extra expense because the tile has to be removed, a new body installed and the tile relaid. The outer parts match the lavatory faucet and is very attractive. I was pleased to find the matching faucet on the Wayfair Wayfair website.Laura
