I installed this faucet nearly two years ago now during a bath remodel. I used Pegasus products (sinks, toilets, lav faucets, and tubshower faucets) for both our bath remodels. Their fit and finish generally impressed me quite a lot. This model installed easily, and the finish trims, handles, etc. assembled well. Im a professional remodeler, so the lackluster install instructions werent a problem for me, but a novice would need to really brush up on general faucet install guidelines. As for the faucets performance, Im pleased with the spray pressure and pattern. The diverter works well, though the tub spout could be longer and has very sharp corners, causing me to continually shield my little girls from it during baths. The handle set screw tends to loosen, but some thread lock would fix that. My biggest issue with all the Pegasus faucets we have is that the brushed nickel finish is tough to keep clean. It tends to get greasy from soap scum and also water spots easily, and I have yet to find a cleanser tough enough for it but gentle enough for our acrylic tubs. In reality, I need to clean more frequently, but we all know how that goes.

I have only had this product for 4 years, in the Master Bath. And the internal parts are wearing out. The water will not shut off. I would pay a little extra, than buy this product.
