Even though our 2 year old is still a little to short to reach the pedals, he LOVES to use the digger on the front!

The toy is great and my grandson loves it; however, nowhere in the written descriptions did I see an indication of how much assembly is required. The assembly instructions were very poor. The only really useful piece of instruction was where to place the decals. You really owe it to your customers to warn them about the extensive assembly they will face.

We ordered a less expensive tractor originally. That product arrived broken. We wanted to return the product and get a new one, but the customer rep from CNS said they would send a replacement for the broken part only. We paid for a new product but were not going to receive a new one....just a product that had a replacement part. We decided to order a larger and more durable tractor since we realized how easily the less expensible one broke. To our disappointment, we were told that we had to pay for the return shipping and also for the original shipment to our house. In spite of the fact that our original tractor was broken when it arrived, no exception was made in regard to the cost of shippings. In summary, we paid for both shipments, to our home and from our home for an inferior product that was no fault of ours. Your return policy is unfair. We will not buy another product from CSN and you would be smart if you did the same.
