“I ordered a Peerless wall mount (PLAV60-S) from you all, but it appears I need an adapter plate also. My TV is a Panasonic 50" plasma TV, with mounting holes 400mm apart in the horizontal dimension, and 300 mm apart in the vertical dimension. Is the Peerless PLP Series (PLP-XXX) - Plasma Screen Adapter Plate (PLP Series) V4X3 the correct one? If not, which is? And I assume that it will bolt up to the wall mount I bought?” asked by Eric

"Hi Eric, I would be delighted to assist you. This is the exact adaptor plate you would need to fit the mounting holes on your Panasonic TV. You would bolt the said adaptor to the wall mount and then you would afix the TV the this adaptor and you should be all set."

I was able to order the extra long arm which is designed for a large TV but also able to order the actual TV plate in the correct size so it would not be larger than the TV or require home modification.
