In my case, I need to be able to move computer monitor toward me, over an obstruction and down toward the desktop. Most arms only go up from horizontal. Was this helpful? Yes / No
cintiq21user from Mpls, MN	1.0 9/18/2007 If You're Using a Cintiq21 This product is sturdy and well-made. Top notch craftsmanship, but if you're going to mount a Cintiq21 to it, vertical movement will be 'limited to impossible'. The Cintiq21 fits within the weight requirements, but to keep the LCD from drooping vertically it has to be tightened as much as possible. If I want to move it up and down I have to loosen the side bolts. I also found that with the Cintiq21 I had to drill holes in my desk top and utilize every one of the mount holes in the stand to keep the mount firmly on the table top. With the Cintiq21 mounting on the edge of the desktop is not advised - it's just not strong enough to keep the Cintiq up. I'm disappointed, because it's a fantastic product. Was this helpful?
