Very well made and sturdy french fry cutter. I have not yet used it for regular french fries. I purchased it to make sweet potato fries, but as sweet potatoes are so hard and dense, it did not work at all. I was disappointed, but still feel this is a quality product. I tried to do a little research online to see if there were any alternative ways to cooking the fries, and some said to parboil them first.
