This product worked really well the first few times we used it (on semi-soft cheeses), then someone used it on a harder cheddar. The wire bowed a little and stretched. I have had a hard time pulling the wire back to be tighter. However, it is still working fine on the semi soft cheeses, just cutting kid of thick. Hopefully there is a way to fix the wire.
